Start a New Freedom Cruisers Chapter

Build friendships, organize rides, and bring the Freedom Cruisers family to your community.

Starting a Chapter

All new chapters must be approved by the Freedom Cruisers National Board before becoming active. New chapters generally will not be approved too close to an existing Freedom Cruisers chapter.

A new chapter requires at least three riders, including the Chapter President. You may apply even if you do not yet have all three riders. We may already have applicants in your area and will work to connect interested riders whenever possible.

Chapter Officer Responsibilities

  • Purchase and wear the official Freedom Cruisers main patch after approval.
  • Follow all Freedom Cruisers guidelines, rules, and regulations.
  • Represent the club and its members positively and respectfully.
  • Uphold your responsibility and loyalty as a chapter leader.
  • Link to the Freedom Cruisers National website if your chapter maintains a website.

Other Interested Riders

If you already have riders interested in helping start the chapter, check the box in the application.

Each rider should submit a regular Membership Application and write in the Comments:

“Applying as a founding member of the proposed chapter with [Your Full Name] in [City, State].”

Ready to Lead?

Starting a chapter is about more than organizing rides. It means building a welcoming riding family and representing the values of Freedom Cruisers in your community.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All applications are reviewed by the Freedom Cruisers National Board.
